OUR STORY
The RLC was started in Monte-Carlo by Mia Aboujdid and Gina Whitehead Girona after noticing that Business Aviation and Yachting was a strongly male led industry and our fellow female collaborators were having a hard time closing deals and making their mark.
We have led series of networking events for women to strengthen their bonds and have created mentorship programs to help the junior professionals.
These events resulted in a powerful platform for collaboration, support and empowerment. The RLC has forged a sisterhood where professionalism and mentorship intertwine. Over the course of the last two years we’ve had the pleasure of hosting the most prominent women in Business Aviation and Yachting.
We are proud to have the support and participation of esteemed companies such as Jetcraft, Bombardier, Pratt & Whitney, JSSI, Boutsen Aviation, Dassault, Lux Aviation, Gulfstream, Tyrolean Jet Services, Blueberry Aviation, Fraser, G-Yachts, UBS, Barclay's, and many more. Their presence at our events is like a beacon of light, shining brightly and guiding us towards a better work environment not only for ourselves but for our children and future generations.
